1. Returns Policy for UK Customers

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, UK customers have the right to return items in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

• Returns Timeframe: If you decide to return an item, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the product and standard delivery charges. Please note that expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used, worn, or damaged.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or not as described.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@chromaworship.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. International Orders (Outside the UK)

While we are delighted to ship our products internationally, we currently do not accept returns for international orders.

• Defective or Incorrect Goods: If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@chromaworship.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

• Customs Fees and Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These costs are non-refundable.

We recommend checking sizing guides carefully before placing an order and contacting our customer service team if you need assistance.

3. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable for both UK and international customers:

• Personalised or custom-made products

• Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

• Items returned without original tags or packaging
  

4. How to Make a Return (UK Customers Only)

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@chromaworship.com to notify us of your return.

2. Package the item securely and include the original invoice or packing slip.

3. Ship the item back to us at the following address: Chroma Worship, Chroma Church, 15 Putney Road West, Leicester, LE2 7TD, United Kingdom. (Please retain proof of postage for your records.)
   

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

6. Exchanges (UK Customers Only)

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
